Summer 2018 Meeting Registration Open

We hope you are planning to join us at the next X12 Standing Meeting, June 3 to 7, 2018 onsite in Jacksonville, Florida. The official meeting dates, including virtual sessions is from June 3 to 13, 2018. To help us with meeting planning, all participants should register by May 25, 2018. The registration process has been enhanced as part of X12's rollout of its new sign-in experience X12|ID, announced in 2017 and now used for meeting registration.

There is no meeting fee for X12 member representatives. Pricing for non-member attendees varies. Non-member attendees who join as members within 30 days of the standing meeting can apply their non-member fee towards the first year dues.

Register for the meeting. Once you register for the meeting, you won't receive additional registration reminders.

Hotel Reservation

The deadline for reserving your room under the X12 room block is May 12, 2018. The X12 discounted room rates may not be made available after the deadline.

Session Schedule

The session schedule is posted. Sessions which support virtual attendance are noted on the schedule. If you plan to participate virtually in any of those sessions, you must indicate your virtual participation selections when you register for the meeting. Virtual participation information is distributed prior to the start of the Standing Meeting, so if you don't register by the deadline, it will impact your ability to participate in virtual sessions.

Onsite

You pick up your badge and other meeting information at the X12 Registration Desk once you arrive at the hotel in Jacksonville. Be sure to have your badge scanned at the Registration Desk when you arrive and in each session you attend.

Award Nominations

X12 presents two achievement awards annually at the Winter Standing Meeting. We've updated the process to make nominations easier and you can now submit nominations anytime throughout the year using this online form. All nominations will be considered when the Edward A. If Your Plans Change

No-shows and unregistered participants impact X12's meeting costs and the efficiency of both check-in and the meeting sessions. If you have registered and your plans change and you won't be attending or if you need to change your virtual session participation selections for any reason, please send us an email at meetings@x12.org to let us know. Thanks in advance for helping to reduce unnecessary expenses and enhance the meeting experience for everyone.
