This membership is designed for established X12 contributors who have been an active X12 member representative for at least the past twelve months, who terminate employment with an X12 member and either are seeking but have not yet entered into new employment or who are now employed by a non-member entity which they intend to petition to join as members within the transitional period.   • X12 iMeet workspaces
    • Submit this form to request access to an iMeet Central workspace. X12 member representatives who are actively collaborating with an X12 group can request access to the group's iMeet workspace using this form. Member representatives must comply with the related X12 policies and procedures. Read the Policy: Collaboration and Review. Request for member workspace access
    • The chair or co-chair of an X12 group submits this form to notify staff of a request to allow non-members to collaborate in a specific iMeet workspace. Staff will forward the request to the appropriate approval body and will notify the chair of the decision once it has been made. If approval is granted, each non-member participant must complete the online form, Non-Member Request for Workspace Access. Request to designate a workspace for non-member participation
    • X12 authorizes non-member participation in online collaborations in certain circumstances. Non-members who would like to participate in such a group submit this form to have their request considered. Note that this privilege is reserved for active collaborators.     • The chair or co-chair of an X12 group submits this form to indicate whether requested non-member access is being approved or denied. The non-member access privilege is intended for non-members who are actively collaborating with an X12 group. Access shall not be approved for the purpose of allowing the non-member to monitor or track the group’s collaborations or activities. The decision shall be based on X12's policies as documented in Collaboration and Review Tools (CAP07). Staff will notify the requester of the decision.     • Users of ASC X12 collaboration tools agree to abide by all applicable ASC X12 policies and procedures. Members and their representatives agree to do so as a condition of membership.
