Meeting Fees
Members of ASC X12
There is no registration fee for any employee of a member organization. Pre-registrations must arrive in the DISA office by May 25, 2012 in order to have a preprinted badge, otherwise, we will have one created on-site.

Nonmembers
ASC X12 is providing non-members an opportunity to attend its standing meeting utilizing the following fee schedule below. If a nonmember joins ASC X12 within 30 days of attending a standing meeting, the meeting fee will be credited back towards the first year dues.

1 day pass for Informational Forum:** $50
1 day pass for all meetings with 2 day limit: $300 per day
Week-long pass for attendance at all meetings during the meeting week: $895

**Informational Forum - An open meeting held near the end of the development of an X12 standard, guideline, interpretation or technical report to discuss member or public comments received, discuss developers' response(s) to those comments and provide a final opportunity for input/ discussion relative to the comments and responses.

Refund & Cancellation
All nonmember cancellations must be received in writing by May 25, 2012 to be eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after that date. A refund, if appropriate, will be issued after the meeting.
