On February 27, 2012, the Office of the Federal Register issued a Notice related to a request to amend the U.S. regulations governing agency requests to incorporate material by reference into the Code of Federal Regulations. Several ASC X12 Technical Reports are currently "Incorporated by Reference" into such Federal Regulations.
