A new Canadian Customs program called CSA (Customers Self Assessment) allows for the clearance of goods based on the identification of the approved importer, approved carrier, and registered driver. The program is being implemented by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA).

From a standards perspective, we will have a need to have those loads included in the CSA program contain an indicator in the 204 load tender designating them as CSA loads.
