The G62 at the stop level was originally designed to have a maximum occurrence of 2 in order to accommodate date/time windows, such as earliest and latest pick up date/time. There is now a need to communicate a cancel date at the stop level, as well as pickup and delivery date/time windows. The cancel date is used to inform the carrier that the shipment will be cancelled if it can not be executed prior to the cancel date. This information is helpful to the carrier when scheduling pick up and delivery appointments. Since this cancel date may vary from one stop to another when there are multiple shipments being picked up and delivered, this information is required at the stop level rather than the load level.
