The LH4 is used to specify additional Transport Canada requirements covering transportation of dangerous goods in Canada, including emergency plan numbers and contact information. Until recently there was never more than one emergency plan reference associated with an specific hazardous material commodity within each iteration of the LH1 loop. Now it is possible for two emergency plan numbers and associated contacts to be show. Request is to increase to max use of 4 to accommodate future increases.
