06P0611 - If either SMS06 or SMS11 is present, then the other is required.
07P0708 - If either SMS07 or SMS08 is present, then the other is required.
12P1213 - If either SMS12 or SMS13 is present, then the other is required.
Semantic Notes
06SMS06 is the time zone of the station.
07SMS07 is the latitude of the station.
08SMS08 is the longitude of the station.
09SMS09 indicates if the station is physically served. A "Y" indicates the station is physically served; an "N" indicates the station is not physically served.
10SMS10 is the Association of American Railroads 3-3-3 station name code.
11SMS11 indicates if daylight savings time applies. A "Y" indicates daylight savings time applies; an "N" indicates that daylight savings time does not apply.
12SMS12 is the new Standard Carrier Alpha Code of the expired Standard Carrier Alpha Code shown in SMS01.
12When SMS12 and SMS13 are used, SMB01 must be 56 (Expiration Notification).
13SMS13 is the new Freight Station Accounting Code of the expired Freight Station Accounting Code shown in SMS02.
