| 06 | SMS06 is the time zone of the station. |
| 07 | SMS07 is the latitude of the station. |
| 08 | SMS08 is the longitude of the station. |
| 09 | SMS09 indicates if the station is physically served. A "Y" indicates the station is physically served; an "N" indicates the station is not physically served. |
| 10 | SMS10 is the Association of American Railroads 3-3-3 station name code. |
| 11 | SMS11 indicates if daylight savings time applies. A "Y" indicates daylight savings time applies; an "N" indicates that daylight savings time does not apply. |
| 12 | SMS12 is the new Standard Carrier Alpha Code of the expired Standard Carrier Alpha Code shown in SMS01. |
| 12 | When SMS12 and SMS13 are used, SMB01 must be 56 (Expiration Notification). |
