CICA Training
CICA 101

Meeting Fees
Members of ASC X12
There is no registration fee for any employee of a member organization.
Trade associations may register two staff or designated representatives,
without incurring a fee. Preregistrations must arrive in the DISA office by May 24th,
2008 in order to have a preprinted badge.
Nonmembers
ASC X12 is providing non-members an opportunity to attend its trimester meeting utilizing the following fee schedule
1 day pass for informational forum:** - $50
1 day pass for all meetings with 2 day limit: - $300 per day
Week-long pass for attendance at all meetings during the meeting week: - $895
**Informational Forum - An open meeting held near the end of the development of an X12 standard, guideline, interpretation or technical report to discuss member or public comments received, discuss developers' response(s) to those comments and provide a final opportunity for input/ discussion relative to the comments and responses.
Refund & Cancellation
All nonmember cancellations must be received in writing by May 24, 2008 to be eligible for a 50% refund.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after that date. A refund, if appropriate, will be issued
after the meeting.

Early Departure Fee
In the event a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one night's room plus tax will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of their change in departure date.

Location Details
The Sheraton New Orleans is in a perfect location. Overlooking the French Quarter, the Mississippi River, and Harrah's Casino, the hotel is at the heart of the Big Easy. Exit the hotel's front door, cross historic Canal St. and you're in the French Quarter, home to famous restaurants and nightclubs, live music, fantastic shopping, museums and historic sights, unique architecture and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Also within walking distance us the Aquarium of the Americas, the IMAX Theater, the National D-Day Museum, Harrah's New Orleans Casino and popular shopping destinations as Canal Place, Riverwalk Marketplace and JAX Brewery.
Transportation and Parking
New Orleans Airport Shuttle offers service between Louis Armstrong Airport and the Sheraton for $15.00. Call (504) 522-3500 for information. Taxis are available. The hotel is located right on the Streetcar line, which provides transit along Canal St. and up St. Charles Ave. Cost is $1.50.
Valet parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Vehicles are secured in a covered garage adjacent to the hotel. Overnight parking is $26.95 plus tax.
