There is no meeting fee for X12 member representatives. Pricing for non-member attendees varies. Non-member attendees who join as members within 30 days of the meeting can apply their non-member fee towards the first year dues.

The session schedule is posted. Sessions which support virtual attendance are noted on the schedule. If you plan to participate virtually in any of those sessions, you must indicate your virtual participation selections when you register for the meeting. Virtual participation information is distributed prior to the start of the Standing Meeting, so if you don't register by the deadline, it will impact your ability to participate in virtual sessions.

Pick up your badge and other meeting information at the X12 Registration Desk once you arrive at the hotel in Cincinnati. Be sure to have your badge scanned at the Registration Desk when you arrive and in each session you attend.
X12 presents two achievement awards annually at the Winter Standing Meeting, the Edward A. Guilbert award and the Earl "Buddy" Bass award. We've updated the process to make nominations easier and you can now submit nominations anytime throughout the year using this online form.
