D. BUSINESS CASE/REASON FOR CHANGE: |
|
Hazardous regulations require shipments of non-odorized liquefied petroleum gas to carry the notation 'non odorized' or other allowed alternate spelling. Currently domestic US, Canadian, and International regulations are different in where the notation is to appear. Creation of a special code for indicating this notation will allow the receiver to handle correct display based on authority covering shipment. |
