Maintains the ASC X12 policies and procedure documents that relate to X12 EDI and XML
Develops a framework for common approaches to EDI and XML development within ASC X12
Drafts and recommends new or changed procedures documents and, after ASC X12 Steering Committee approval, coordinates the membership balloting process with DISA, if balloting is required
Interprets ANSI policies and procedures as these relate to ASC X12's operation and consults with ANSI on relevant issues
Reviews and submits implementation plans to the Steering Committee for approval for publishing new X12 standards versions
