Purpose and Scope This task group shall be responsible for developing responses to the comments and objections registered by X12 members to the maintenance voting packages sent to X12 organizations after each X12 meeting. The task group shall also be charged with preparing responses to the comments and objections received to dpANS X12.3 (Data Dictionary) and dpANS X12.22 (Segment Directory) during the American National Standards Institutes public review of documents prior to their becoming American National Standards. The draft responses prepared by this task group shall be submitted to the Technical Assessment Subcommittee for final review and approval before being distributed by the X12 Secretariat.
