X12I -
Transportation
X12I:
Develops and maintains X12 EDI and XML standards associated with transportation, including air, ocean, rail, and motor freight. X12I's work also includes standards associated with logistics, multi-modal, and Customs. The development and maintenance of X12 EDI and XML standards may include project proposals, data maintenance items, transaction sets, and standards interpretations and guidelines.
Serves as a technical liaison to other recognized organizations involved in EDI and XML activities related to the subcommittee's program of work.
